The often narrow-minded ideas of the rural population are at odds with the rather frivolous mindset of the Parisian twenty-something. The clash of the two worlds provides countless amusing moments in the film. When Cupid visits the Goetgebuer children's farm and sets his sights on Aunt Cordula, hilarious scenes ensue.
