The film sheds light on the conditions that worked to generate a momentum among the sugarcane harvesters to demand their rights and entitlements from various stakeholders. Resulting which the sugar cooperative factories responded to the workers and raised the wages - a small victory in the larger struggle of the harvesters for their rights and entitlements.
